At Wheelz Depot, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our refund and return policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from us.
01.
Returns Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom-ordered or special-finish wheels cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
- Tires that have been mounted or driven on are not eligible for return.

Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

03.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. If you need an exchange, contact our support team immediately at info@wheelzdepot.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.
- Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include detailed photos of the damage or incorrect items when contacting us.

05.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet shipped.
- Custom wheel orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
